Desserts Bakery cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergen-free bakery.
Useful Delivery Information
We bake once you place your order, and attempt to limit transit time so our desserts are delivered fresh upon arrival. Shipping dates and pricing are determined by location/availability for shipping. We recommend selecting a date of 3-5 days in advance if you'd like delivery by a specific date.
Weather can, and will affect your delivery:
Hot Weather: Cookies ship without ice packs. We don't want to damage the desserts with melting ice packs. Track your package and try to bring it inside promptly. If they arrive warm, they’re still safe and delicious.
Cold Weather: Shipping delays may occur due to weather or holiday volume. Cold temps won’t hurt the cookies - just let them come to room temp or warm them up before enjoying.
Shipping Information
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot ship to business addresses for Canada orders. Cookies, Cakes, Cinnamon Rolls, and Desserts are baked fresh to order.
Cookie Conservation and Care
Cookies may be stored in an zip lock or plastic container for up to one week or 3 months frozen if not enjoyed immediately. For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes or until gooey. Or you can alternatively microwave them for 5-10 seconds if not frozen. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven — but trust us, it’s worth it.
